Brewed with our friends at 6 and 40 Brewery for Collabfest 2024. When you get together four brewers that have a total of 10 cats, it’s easy to get distracted by shiny metal objects. We all decided on a – wait something shiny?? – kristalweizen for our collab, which is a clear version of a hefeweizen, brewed with 100% Colorado malt. Expect the same – wait what’s over there??? – kind of flavor profiles you would get from a traditional hefeweizen, just with less cloudiness.
