Little Triangles – Vienna Lager – 5.7% ABV
(fun fact – there’s a fun BS story about little triangles in this description but the real reason is because one of my cats was stalking me and I could just see the little triangles of her ears as she was coming for me)
This beer was brewed strictly for selfish reasons as our brew team loves a malty lager. Packed with Vienna malt and Tettnang hops from Germany, this beer is fermented with yeast from one of Munich’s oldest breweries. We let it lager for five weeks before tapping, allowing all those ingredients to create little triangles of flavor compounds and a refreshingly smooth, rich finish.
