Just A Wee Bit – Irish Red – 6.0% ABV
We have something waiting at the end of the rainbow, and it’s a pint full of beer goodness. We brewed our version of an Irish Red Ale with a variety of malts, including malts that came from the British Isles. Once fermentation was finished, we added an American touch by dry-hopping it just a wee bit with noble hops from Europe.
