This American I.P.A. is a year-round treat from our new head brewer John Sims. This is an alternate of his first recipe here at the Wynkoop, a fresh wet-hopped version, sharing the same name. It’s packed with blunt loads worth of Nugget hops and balanced by a generous helping of caramel malts, this sticky ale reeks of dank hoppy ickiness.
