DESCRIPTION:BEER NAME:\nBack of the Line – Czech Pilsner – 4.2% ABV \n\nThe story of this beer began brewing in the dog days of August\, when the sun was shining and the Rockies were…well\, still the Rockies. Originally planned to be released in September\, this beer kept getting shuffled to the back of the schedule.  That’s bad for pilsner fans\, but good for pilsner beers\, meaning this batch has lagered for over fourteen weeks. Brewed with Bohemian floor malt\, the extra time in the tank comes through as a clean\, crisp biscuit flavor with a light hoppiness to balance the smooth grain.

We use a special blend of hops to showcase a piney\, tropical flavor.  Featuring Mandarina Bavaria\, Amarillo\, El Dorado\, and dry hopped with Azacca and Altus.

DESCRIPTION:BEER NAME:\nLittle Triangles – Vienna Lager – 5.7% ABV \n\n(fun fact –  there’s a fun BS story about little triangles in this description but the real reason is because one of my cats was stalking me and I could just see the little triangles of her ears as she was coming for me)\n\nThis beer was brewed strictly for selfish reasons as our brew team loves a malty lager.  Packed with Vienna malt and Tettnang hops from Germany\, this beer is fermented with yeast from one of Munich’s oldest breweries.  We let it lager for five weeks before tapping\, allowing all those ingredients to create little triangles of flavor compounds and a refreshingly smooth\, rich finish.

DESCRIPTION:BEER NAME:\nSchrödinger’s Silö – Pilsner – 4.5% ABV \n\nOur brewers use a silo full of two-row malt for most of our beers\, but we can’t ever be sure how much malt is in there.  That means we keep bags of specialty malt to use once it goes empty to create one-off\, specialty brews.  This time\, we had a stash of pilsner malt from our friends at Troubadour Malting.  Using that and saaz hops from the Czech republic\, we added an American twist with a late dry hop when it was done lagering.  Light but fragrant and flavorful.

DESCRIPTION:BEER NAME:\nColfax Hipster – Double Hazy IPA – 8.3% \n\nIf this beer was a car\, it would be a Toyota Tacoma with a “NATIVE” sticker\, dirty from the last snowfall but they won’t wash it off because it looks like they drove it in the mountains.  The only summited for that pile of snow in the parking lot to get the newest hype beer.  Brewed in collaboration with Mirror Image and craft brewing lab Fermly\, we took a scientific approach using thiolized yeast grown by Propagate Labs and all the hipster hops including Bru-1\, Trident\, Azacca\, Chinook\, El Dorado\, and Citra. \n\nWe will also be getting 8 kegs of a collab we did with Bent Barley Brewing Co.  This was brewed at their place and is based on their recipe so I don’t know the name but I will send that info over as soon as I get it.

After finishing fermentation\, we put the wood to our ballsy brew to make it even more unique.  Brewed with loads of specialty malts for a roasty flavor featuring coffee\, chocolate\, wood\, and nuts.

DESCRIPTION:BEER NAME:\nSport Mode – Berliner Weisse – 7.2% ABV \n\nWe took our hefeweizen\, turned its hat backwards\, and put it into Sport Mode by souring it.  In the 1800s\, this tart wheat ale was the most popular alcoholic drink in Berlin but now only a few breweries produce it. Typically a lower alcohol beer\, we cranked the ABV up to make it go faster.
