Wixa Weiss
The Weiss beer is a traditional German unfiltered wheat beer. It contains 50% wheat malt and is hopped with Brewer's Gold...and Hallertauer hops. This beer has notable clove and banana esters which is a characteristic of this particular yeast strain, which we procured from the Hans Hopf brewery in Meisbock, Germany.

Patty's Chile Beer
A light German style beer in which we have added 3½ pounds of Anaheim chilies to each barrel.

Tiger Root Beer
Non alcoholic soda. We use Colorado honey to make this root beer that is anything but tame.

Quinn's Scottish Ale
The scottish ale has a dark rust hue and a prominent roast flavor as a result of the variety of roast malts added to this beer. This ale is a less potent version of a scotch ale well-balanced and quaffable. The scottish is bittered with Bullion hops and finished with Willamete hops.

Eli’s Cream Ale
Not your normal light ale. True to its style, this ale has a sweet malty finish. A blender faucet gives Eli’s a rich creamy texture.
